Delivery Updates and what we’re doing to help keep you Covid safe.
We keep an eye on each state’s covid outbreaks and depending on the lockdown situation will call customers to make sure it's a good time to dispatch parcels.
Where possible we always like to have delivery instructions to put on your address label so that your local Courier can deliver the parcel to you safely and securely during this Covid time
It’s been too long, coming up to two years now, that our lives have been dominated by COVID-19.
We like many small businesses have felt the effect of COVID-19 on our viability, and we are working hard to ensure we can bounce back once our country and economy can safely reopen.
We do you miss not being able to get over to New Zealand to see our wonderful apiarists and producers of our 100% New Zealand made manuka products. Many of the beekeepers have become good friends and we value their guidance advice and support and miss catching up with them.
We have had a few delays in restocking, our transport companies Mainfreight and Toll have provided us with fantastic service during what has been a very difficult time for them with so many delays and cancelations in flights and ships across the Tasman.
As we are a small team of three (Ross, Bianca, and Mark) we have been able to put in place recommended COVID workplace safe practices, to help keep you, our hardworking Australia Post couriers and us all as safe as we can be.
We are based in Sydney, so for some time we have not been able to meet up as a team as we have worked from home during most of the last two years.
While we do love not having to run for the train each day, or craw in the early morning traffic, we however do miss our daily chats over morning tea, seeing each other over zoom just isn’t the same.
