Delivery Dispatch Update August 2023
For our online orders we use Courier Please, Aramex and Australia Post to deliver your package. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a track / trace link via email for you to track your package. All our deliveries are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.
We try to dispatch orders within a couple days of them being confirmed. Where necessary, we like to have specific delivery instructions to put on your address label, so your local Courier can deliver the parcel to you safely and securely.
Our online ordering system should show the actual warehouse stock levels, if we have miscounted, you will be contacted by phone or email if we cannot dispatch your order within a couple of days of confirmation.
We maintain in our shared warehouse in Sydney stock levels for expected orders for the following months. at times our predictions based on previous sales levels have caused delays in delving some large wholesale orders, these delays should now be down to a maximum of 7 to 10 days. Like many small businesses we are still feeling the after effect of COVID-19 on global airfreight and shipping capacity. In the past we had a few ongoing delays in getting airfreight from New Zealand, our transport companies Mainfreight and Toll have provided us with fantastic service during what has been a very difficult time for them with the lack of regional freight capacity in flights and ships across the Tasman into Sydney.
